Welcome to an exciting in-depth week of Yoga Adjustments. Not your ordinary retreat.

This intensive jammed-packed 6 days retreat, is based on the ashtanga system and open to practitioners and teachers of any yoga style.

Start the day with your self-practice and shift turns with your peers to practice what you will be learning during the week.

5 Afternoon Workshops

Every afternoon the practical and functional anatomy classes will include:

Amidst Nature

The retreat is located in the stunning Itria Valley, Puglia, surrounded by beautiful countryside, olive trees,  vineyards and home of the Trulli (round stone-built houses with cone-shaped roofs).  

Delicious, Nutritious Food​

Food plays a central role in both our yoga practice and life.  The food served at YogApulia is predominantly plant-based with some vegetarian options. The chefs will bring their passion and love for healthy, tasty food.

Rooms with a high standard using locally sourced materials to create a luxurious yet simple and understated feel.

About Gabriele

Gabriele Musetti was born in La Spezia, Italy. He has always been passionate about the art of body movement, physical culture and since 2013 he began his path of study and research in the field of motor activities. Graduated in Motor Sciences, he concluded the academic path with the thesis “Yoga of Functional Anatomy”.

About Santiago

Santiago Pinto has been practising Ashtanga daily since 2001. In 2011 Santiago founded the Ashtanga Yoga Barcelona school in the Sarrià neighbourhood, where he teaches classes daily. To his credit, he has over 4,000 hours of teaching.

He earned a 200-hour degree with Brian Cooper and a 200-hour RYT degree with John Scott, also working for him as an assistant in various international workshops. He is currently completing the JSYT (John Scott) 500-hours with Sandra Howling.
